A traditional Shabbat meal starts with Challah and dips & fish and Salads. You can never have too many salads on the table,
Ceaser Salad
I try to rotate and have different salads so noone gets bored, but ceaser salad is a staple, it is always enjoyed!
Tzela now you can have seconds, thirds and forths - at least its vegetables!
Romaine Lettuce (checked to make sure it is bug free)
croutons - herb or onion/garlic go best
tomatoes / red onion - optional
Dressing
1 ½ c. oil
1 c mayo
½ c. vinegar
¼ c. water
½ c.sugar
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp salt
¾ tsp pepper
Mix all dressing ingredients in a jar or food processor.
Pour over salad right before serving.

* I replace sugar with stevia for healthy version. I can't say it's the same, but still good.
